Implementing a Balanced Score Card in Your Organisation (2 Days)
Over the last decade the Balanced Scorecard has become established as best practice for private and public sector training. The workshop teaches the user how to successfully implement a balanced scorecard and apply simple common tools such as cause and effect analysis and flowcharts to ensure that the proper measures are developed to monitor organisational strategy.
Setting Performance Indicators for Superior Performance (1 Day)
This workshop is designed to provide managers with a sound understanding of KPIs and how they could be used effectively to drive superior performance within the organisation.
